BEST AÇAÍ IN THE CITY! This açaí is freshly blended, avoiding the icy texture many other places have. The fruit is always fresh, and the portion is extremely generous for the price. Staff were so kind, and the dining area is extremely clean. 10/10 every time!
The service is fast and the fruits are always fresh. The location is by FIT. There is also a pizza shop that's connected next door. Never disappoints!
I just searched up the nearest açai bowl place near me and this place came up. I wanted something fresh and light for after a workout, and I ordered their half coconut, half açai bowl with the toppings that came along with it, and it was so yummy! The atmosphere was great. The workers were super nice and helpful to me choosing what to order because I've never been there before!! I was so happy with how my time went. I will definitely be going back sometime!! I also love the style of container that they use I love bowls that are reusable!!

And Playa is a great operation that uses high quality fresh ingredients and is liberal about substitutions, so you can customize the perfect bowl for yourself. Just be careful with your choices. Some of these acai bowls easily top 1000 calories!
I love their bowls here! As someone who doesn't like bananas, they have a lot of bowl options that don't have bananas, or can be made without it. I got the Pura Vida Acai Bowl. It was refreshing, filling, and delicious! I love all the fresh fruit on top and the addition of the honey was a nice added sweetness! I could honestly eat this bowl every day. I can't wait to try other bowls here! It was a great way to start my day :)
Yummy and so filling ! I'm so happy I discovered this place AND that they have gluten free granola!! I got the Nutella one and was worried it might be too sweet for me as often Nutella can be. But they absolutely nailed it and it was perfect! The coconut and fruit were also the right amount and delivery was right on time!! If you're looking for a bit of Hawaii or the tropics here in NYC then look no further.. Playa has got you covered!
